We began as a mother daughter duo in 2015, as “To Bake & Be”, baking vegan & gluten-free pastries and cakes all night, from an apartment kitchen, (cottage food operation licensed) and delivering fresh every morning to you and your favorite coffee shops across town.
With the encouragement of happy customers, we continued to push forward, renting a kitchen and growing our dream team and have now expanded into a plant based kitchen + bakeshop with a full menu of delicious bowls, sandwiches, salads, lavash tacos and spreads.
